Your toddler wipes a low table with a small damp cloth, a real practical-life job with a clear beginning and end that they can do all by themselves.
How to do it
- Dampen a small cloth with plain water and wring it out so it is not dripping.
- Show your toddler once how to wipe across the table in a simple motion.
- Hand over the cloth and let them wipe wherever they like on the low table.
- Point out a spot they missed only if they are still interested.
- Finish by hanging or setting the cloth in its place together so the job feels complete.
What you need
- Cloth
- Water
Make it yours
