Before you go

Admission and tickets

From SGD 10 child admission. Confirm current prices and availability with the organiser before booking.

Do we need to book ahead?

Walk-in entry is usually available, but buying tickets online is quicker and skips the queue at busy periods. Check the Science Centre website before you go to see whether timed entry slots apply on discovery day dates.

What does admission cost?

Child admission starts from around SGD 10, though prices can vary by ticket type. Singaporean residents and students may qualify for reduced rates, so it is worth looking at the full pricing breakdown when you book.

What ages is the discovery day best for?

The discovery day is listed for children aged 3 to 12. Younger children tend to gravitate toward the hands-on physical exhibits, while older kids can spend a long time in the more experiment-based galleries.

What should we bring?

No materials needed. Comfortable shoes make a real difference as the Centre covers a lot of ground across multiple floors. A few of the hands-on exhibits have minimum height requirements, so younger children may not be able to try everything.

Is this right for our ages?

This event is listed for 3 to 12 years. If your child is outside this range, check with the organiser before attending.
